Advisor services provide insight and intelligence to your building’s performance.
Too often Facilities and Sustainability Professionals, Building Owners and Health and Safety Professionals are overwhelmed by a sea of data from their building management system and are searching for a solution to provide concise and intuitive information. With the multitude of tasks each of these professionals performs on a daily basis, they require analysis tools that can help them to work smarter and faster.
Aircuity Advisor provides a suite of software based tools that apply statistical analysis to data collected by the Aircuity OptiNet System and presents it in a proactive and easy to interpret format. Consisting of Dashboards, Smart Notifications, Summary Reports and a Data and Graphing tool, each of the four components of Advisor delivers to the user a unique piece of actionable information.
The result of these tools is a dynamic set of information which can be utilized to take a proactive approach in protecting an energy savings entitlement, aid in continuous commissioning, IEQ monitoring for a healthy, safe and productive work space, or for infection control in healthcare facilities. With the ability to be easily customized based on areas of interest, Advisor’s powerful insight can be beneficial to multiple personnel in an organization.
Dashboards
Consisting of a pallet of “Dashblocks”, the dashboard provides the ability to quickly identify events or trends using any parameter. Hundreds of data points are analyzed to create a graphical representation of ventilation or IEQ parameters and each dashblock is color coded to quickly call attention to anomalies in the building’s performance. Custom views can easily be created allowing users to monitor specific areas that are critical to their interests and job performance.
Smart Notifications
Smart Notifications were developed to eliminate the “noise” of traditional email alerts. Test areas are statistically modeled and notifications are sent based on the severity, duration and the frequency of ventilation or IEQ anomalies. Routine events are filtered out allowing the recipient to focus on and resolve real issues throughout the building. Notifications are linked directly to the dashblock illustrating the event graphically for faster resolution.
Summary Reports
Distributed through email on a weekly or monthly basis, Summary Performance Reports illustrate the building’s performance and compare it to the same period during the prior year. The report is color coded to prioritize areas that need focus. These reports allow facilities managers to take a proactive approach in maintaining continued energy savings and provide building owners with a way to ensure the building is operating at its peak performance.
Graphing and Trending
This comprehensive tool allows users to evaluate all measured, monitored, and calculated parameters over any period of time. Multiple test areas may be graphed and charts may be saved, copied, printed, or exported into Excel. This allows users to focus in on any areas of concern for further examination.
