Given the multitude of responsibilities that come along with being a facility professional, you need a tool to help you work smarter and faster. Aircuity’s Advisor Services is designed to provide insight and actionable information to help proactively identify and address problems.

Advisor Services consist of four components including Dashboards, Summary Reports, Smart Notifications ™ and Graphing and Exporting. Each brings a unique perspective on what is occurring within your facility. The result is more time spent working on high priority issues or implementing new energy efficiency measures, and less time spent trying to identify building performance issues.

Data Visualization Dashboards:  Dashboards provide valuable information to diagnose and resolve issues right at your finger tips.  With a customizable view based on a pallet of dashblocks, hundreds of data points are analyzed and displayed using a color coded graphical representation of the ventilation parameters chosen. Issues including over/under ventilated spaces, filter issues, and HVAC equipment malfunction are easily identified, saving both time and resources.

Ventilation Summary Reports:  Summary Reports serve as a reality check for facility professionals, giving you an “at a glance” overview of your buildings airside performance. These proactive reports are automatically generated and delivered via email on a weekly and monthly basis.  All monitored areas are summarized and color coded to allow you to quickly identify which areas are operating within normal operational range and which areas are slightly or dramatically out of expected range..

Smart Notifications are your customized, “call to action” alerts. Unlike traditional triggers that quickly become too numerous to be useful, these notifications are sent based on the persistence or pervasiveness of an event, therefore eliminating the traditional flood of emails. The events contained in Smart Notifications are determined to be real problems based on your definition of issues that need prompt attention, thus saving time on investigating each event that may take place.

Graphing and Data Exporting:  When an issue is identified the Graphing and Exporting tool allows you to dive into the data for further analysis.  One or more test areas can be selected over any period of time allowing you zoom in on a specific anomaly and make comparisons. Graphs can then be exported or printed for records, or to share with your team.
