As a building owner you need a tool to help you work smarter and faster at monitoring building performance. Aircuity’s Advisor Services is designed to provide insight and actionable information to help proactively identify and address problems—which will help you keep tenants happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Advisor Services consist of four components including Dashboards, Summary Reports, Smart Notifications ™ and Graphing and Exporting. Each brings a unique benefit and perspective on what is occurring within your facility. The result is a building operating at peak efficiency.

Data Visualization Dashboards:  Dashboards provide you with valuable information on airside usage over time.  Consisting of a pallet of customizable dashblocks, hundreds of data points are analyzed to provide a color coded graphical representation of the ventilation parameters chosen. Owners can view high level metrics such as estimated savings over the past year or dive into more detailed information  such as average total supply by AHU zone or space or average ventilation rate per person.

Ventilation Summary Reports:  Summary Reports provide quick, “at a glance” insight into your building’s operation, making it easy to identify and address issues if the building’s performance is beginning to drift.  This report is delivered to you via email on a weekly and monthly basis, with every monitored area color coded to indicate whether it is operating within specified ranges or not.  In a matter of seconds you can identify which areas are operating correctly, which are slightly out of normal range, and which are severely out of normal range. 

Smart Notifications allow for building owners to stay on top of issues that may arise. Notifications are sent based on the persistence or pervasiveness of an event and are determined to be real issues that you can then assign to building personnel to follow up.

Graphing and Data Exporting:   The Advisor Graphing and Exporting tool allows you to dive into the data for detailed analysis of issues or events.  One or more areas can be selected over any period of time allowing you zoom in on a specific anomaly and make comparisons.
