Aircuity Names JoAnn Garbin Chief Innovation Officer

Solution enhancements and key development initiatives led by Miss Garbin will increase value for customers

Aircuity, the smart airside efficiency company, announced today that JoAnn Garbin has been named chief innovation officer. In her new role she will oversee the entire product and services team while continuing to manage the development of Aircuity’s enhanced solutions, which are slated to launch next year. Most recently Miss Garbin acted as Aircuity’s vice president of product management.

“Since starting at Aircuity over a year ago JoAnn has been a driving force of innovation within the company,” said Dan Diehl, CEO of Aircuity. “Her experience, vision and leadership will continue to be critical as the company engineers and launches the next generation of our solutions.”

In her new role Miss Garbin will be responsible for product management, the hardware and software product development groups, quality assurance and the client services team. Streamlining the management of these teams improves Aircuity’s ability to provide increasing value to the market place during this period of growth. It also allows the groups to align around the delivery of Aircuity’s next generation solution from both a product and services standpoint. Additionally, in Miss Garbin’s role she will continue to directthe partners who are supporting in these design and build-out efforts.

Miss Garbin brings over fifteen years of product management and industry expertise across a wide variety of vertical markets and disciplines in commercial and light industrial building markets. Previously, she has been a trusted strategic advisor to some of the world’s largest corporations. Miss Garbin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
